Garrett Powell is in his first season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Denver men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs in 2022-23.

Powell swam collegiately at Georgia, qualifying for the NCAA Championships in all four seasons and competing in both the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Trials.

His previous coaching experience includes both a time as a private swim instructor and a season as a student-assistant swim coach for Georgia in 2016-17.
