Dean enters her second season with the Pioneers in 2026. In her first season, she helped lead the Pioneers to an 17-11 overall record and the top hitting percentage (0.247) in the Summit League.Â

Her dynamic energy, ability to connect with people, and infectious personality make her not only an incredible coach but an immediate culture-builder in our gym."
Dean joins the Pioneers after spending the last year as the Director of Volleyball Operations at Mississippi State where she coordinated the program's summer camps and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the MSU Volleyball team.
The MSU alum led the Bulldogs to a historic 25-6 season and first ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 2021.
