Lauren Cawley joined the University of Denver Athletics staff in August 2026 as the Assistant Director of Communications & Digital Media for the volleyball, women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse. and men's and women's golf programs.
Prior to joining the Pioneers, Cawley spent six months as an Athletic Communications Associate at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she worked with the cross country/track & field programs. She previously served as a Strategic Communications Graduate Assistant at Tulane University, where she managed media relations for women’s basketball and cross country/track & field. Cawley is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete at Bryant University.
Cawley graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication & Sports Media. She earned a graduate certificate in Sports Administration from Tulane University in 2025.
Cawley resides in Golden, Colorado, and is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
