Leah Glasgow currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Business Operations & Finance in the University of Denver Division of Athletics. Glasgow joined the Denver staff in 2025. Prior to joining the Pioneers, Glasgow spent two years as the Associate Athletics Director/SWA for External Operations and Strategic Initiatives at St. Edward’s University (NCAA DII).
Prior to her role in the administration at St. Edward’s, Glasgow was the head softball coach at St. Edward’s (2019-23). Glasgow was previously in the state of Colorado as the head softball coach at Colorado School of Mines (2013-19).
Glasgow earned her BS in psychology from Dickinson State in 2007 and her MBA from San Diego State in 2009 with an emphasis on sports business management.
Glasgow resides in Arvada with her family.Â
