University of Denver Athletics

Rachel Van Wart joined the University of Denver Athletics staff in 2025. Prior to joining the Pioneers, Van Wart spent two years as the Athletics Tutorial Coordinator/Academic Coordinator) at Iowa State University. Prior to Iowa State, Van Wart worked as a post graduate intern at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana as an Assistant Athletic Academic Counselor.

Van Wart graduated from The University of West Florida in 2022 with her Master's in College Student Affairs Administration. 

Van Wart resides in Denver with her husband Zac and their cat Franklin.
