Shane Carney joined the University of Denver Division of Athletics staff in 2016. Prior to joining the Pioneers, Carney spent two years as a Graduate Assistant at Regis University helping build the athletics department multimedia presence.

Carney graduated from the University of Iowa in 2008 and earned his master's while with Regis.

Shane resides in Denver.
