Trapper enters his third year with Denver Athletics, now serving as the Associate Director of Development. In his role with Denver, Trapper helps oversee day-to-day operations for the development office, including annual fund, stewardship strategy and execution, and manages a portfolio of leadership annual fund donors. During his time in Denver, he has helped the development office set record annual fund numbers in 2021-2022 including new records for Giving Tuesday and 1Day4DU.
Before arriving in Denver, Trapper worked at Fresno State, where he served as Development Coordinator. While there, he oversaw a portfolio of over 200 individuals and organizations, assisted in annual fundraising, priority seating, parking, and special events. He also served as the sport club liaison to the Dugout Club (Baseball) and Hoop Club (Women’s Basketball).

Trapper is a native of Lander, WY. He graduated from Idaho State University with a master’s degree in Physical Education-Athletic Administration. While attending ISU, he worked with Learfield IMG Colleges and the Bengal Athletic Boosters. Prior to his time at ISU, he played collegiate soccer at Barton CC, and Spokane Falls CC.
