March 6, 2002

The University of Denver men's tennis team handed Boston University a 7-0 defeat Tuesday (Mar. 5). The match was scheduled to be played at Denver's Stapelton Tennis Pavilion, but moved indoors to the Air Force Academy due to inclement weather.

Denver earned the doubles point as sophomore Hans Peter Gaber and freshman Jason Tan topped Joshua Holbrook and Noel Moossa, 8-4.

At singles, the Pioneers won all six matches in straight sets to earn the sweep. At No. 1 singles, Ramfelt pushed his record to 13-7 with a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Geoffery Wagner.
