DENVER – Registration is now open for five summer lacrosse camps offered by the University of Denver men’s lacrosse program. Three overnight instructional camps, a team camp and an individual recruiting showcase will be run by the Pioneers’ coaching staff and are great opportunities for players at every age and skill level.

Two of the overnight camps will be held at the University of Denver and the Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium. These camps are open for players from grades three through 12. The cost of the camp is $595 for overnight campers and $495 for day campers. The first camp session will run from June 11-14, 2013 and the second from July 5-8, 2013.

Due to popular demand, a third overnight camp will be held at The University of Colorado in Boulder, and is open to players from grades three to 12. The cost of the camp will be the same as the Denver overnight camps and will run from July 12-15, 2013.

A team camp, the 2013 Adrenaline Pioneer Challenge, will be offered for youth and high school teams. College recruiters will be on site for the over 70 teams that are expected to attend. The cost of the camp for is $250 for high school players and $150 for youth players. The camp will be held at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Denver from June 21-23, 2013.

The 2013 DU Ascension camp will be offered for current high school sophomores (class of 2015) and freshmen (class of 2016) that will offer players the chance to be seen by Division I college coaches. The camp will be held at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium and will run from May 31 through June 2. There will be no housing provided at DU for this camp and participants will stay at local hotels.
