Fellow Senior diver Dana Gau had her final competition last night and secured points in the finals on both boards.
The final races of the weekend were the 4 x 100 Freestyle Relays. Capping off what was an amazingly fast weekend of swimming were the Pioneers female relay of Johanna Roas, Zoe Huddleston, Drew Matthews and Sam Corea. These four women put the icing on the cake of the best championship in school history. Roas led off in a conference and new school record split lowering her time from the individual event today to post a 48.96. The relay earned an NCAA B standard with a final time of 3:17.55 and a new conference and school record. Such an amazing weekend of racing but there is work left to be done as women's and men's NCAA Championships are just weeks away and the Pioneers look to bring their largest group of athletes to the championships in the program's history.
