SCOUTING COLORADO
•    Colorado has opened the season on an eight-game win streak for the second time in Payne's four years.
•    The Buffs improved to 8-0 after their last outing, a 62-53 win over Xavier on Dec. 6.
•    Payne's squad is currently second in the Pac-12 standings.
•    Junior Mya Hollingshed is leading the Buffaloes with averages of 13.5 points per game and 7.3 rebounds.

COMMON FOE
•    Denver and Colorado have both earned wins over Wyoming this year.
•    The Pioneers tallied a 71-57 victory Nov. 14, while the Buffaloes won 66-56 on Nov. 17.

EXCLUSIVE CLUB
•    Senior Madison Nelson is just 20 points away from hitting 1,000 in her career.
•    Nelson sits just 74 rebounds away from 700 in her career.
•    She will be just the eighth player in program history with 1,000 career points and 700 career rebounds.

HISTORIC PERFORMANCES
•    Nelson was unstoppable against Northern Colorado (Dec. 4) as she recorded 13 points, 15 rebounds, and career-highs with 8 blocks and 6 steals.
•    The senior forward is the first player in the program's Division I era (1999-pres.) to post that stat line.
•    Nelson's 24-point, 21-rebound outing against UC Irvine (Nov. 29) is only the second 20-20 performance in school history.
•   The former Dover-Eyota High School standout recorded the first 20-20 game in program history on Nov. 23, 2018 against Lamar with 23 points and 20 boards.

DOUBLE THE FUN
•    Nelson's double-double streak was snapped at seven games after being held to 10 points and 8 rebounds against Lamar on Dec. 8.
•    The senior forward leads the Summit league and currently ranked third in the nation in double-doubles with seven this season.
•    The Dover, Minnesota native has 19 double-doubles in her career.
•    Nelson is averaging a double-double through nine games with averages of 18.2 points and 12.6 rebounds.
•    Ezeudu recorded her second double-double of her career against Colorado Christian with 19 points and a game-high 13 boards.
