The No. 8 Denver Pioneers hockey team (9-4-3, 1-3-2-1) is set to return to conference play with the Battle for the Gold Pan against Colorado College. The home-and-home series will be played in Denver on Friday and Colorado Springs on Saturday. Puck drop is set for 7:07 p.m. MT both nights.

-Prior to the Dec. 6 loss at then-No. 20 Arizona State, the Pioneers were undefeated in 19 straight non-conference games with a 17-0-2 mark in that stretch
