DENVER – Denver Pioneers men's hockey sophomore goalie
Devin Cooley has been named NCHC Goalie of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.
Returning to the lineup for the first time since Jan. 4, Cooley recorded a 27-save shutout in Denver's 1-0 win against Minnesota Duluth on Saturday at AMSOIL Arena. The shutout marked Cooley's third of the season and second against the Bulldogs. Through 15 games, the Los Gatos, Calif. native is 9-4-1 with a 1.93 goals against average, 8
th in the NCAA, and a .934 save percentage, 3
rd in the NCAA. Cooley has a career 1.96 GAA and .934 SV%.
