Denver Falls to Cal Poly, 6-1

The Denver Pioneers men's tennis team (6-6, 0-0) fell 6-1 to the Cal Poly Mustangs on Sunday in San Louis, Obispo, Calif.

After defeating UNLV 4-1 on Saturday, the Pioneers slipped in their second match of the weekend after dropping the doubles point and five singles matches. Denver's best moments of the day came from Matt Summers/James Davis' 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles and Daniel Krulig's 6-4, 1-6, 1-0 win at No. 6 singles.

Denver is set to return to the court on Thursday, March 14 at Boise State. First serve is set for 1:30 p.m. MT.
