DENVER – University of Denver volleyball assistant coach
Jessica Aschenbrenner will join USA Volleyball for two week-long stints this summer, serving as the technical coordinator of the College National Team in June before coaching in the Girls Youth A1 National Training Team program in July.
In her second-consecutive stint with the College National Team, Aschenbrenner will head to Anaheim June 23-29. A year ago, Aschenbrenner
joined former Pioneer Becca Latham in China with the College National Team, a squad that finished 3-1 last May. Aschenbrenner will join a team of a projected 24 student-athletes in Anaheim for the tournament.
Aschenbrenner will head to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., July 13-23 as an assistant coach for the Girls Youth A1 National Training Team program. Athletes will train as a group for five days before being split into teams for the 2019 High Performance Championships, an international tournament hosted annually by USA Volleyball that features international teams from several different countries in addition to Region High Performance teams from all over the United States.
