DENVER - The No. 43 Denver Pioneers men's tennis team (10-1, 0-0) used four singles wins to edge BYU 4-3 on Saturday at the Denver Tennis Park.

James Davis were beat 6-4 at #1.
Mattia Ros/Pedro Fernandez del Valle were leading 6-5 at #3 when BYU clinched the doubles point.
Ros picked up his elusive victory in singles play, winning 6-3, 6-3 at #2 to tie the match 1-1. Krulig and Igantius Castelino lost the next two matches at #6 and #4 respectively, putting Denver behind 3-1. The Pioneers responded with three straight singles wins. Summers won 6-3, 6-4 at #1, Davis won 6-4, 6-1 at #3 and Fernandez del Valle sealed the win with an emotional 4-6, 6-3, 7-6 (8-6) tiebreaker victory at #5.
