DENVER – University of Denver hockey incoming freshman Antti Tuomisto is in Finland U-20 Camp ahead of the 2021 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships set to be hosted by Canada this winter.
The 6'4", 200 pound defenseman was drafted 35
th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2019 NHL Draft. In Jr. A SM-Liiga in 2019-20, Tuomisto tallied 49 points on 15 goals and 34 assists in 48 games.
Tuomisto played 12 games with the Finland U-20s in 2019-20, scoring a goal and adding four assists.

players selected to participate in the 2020 U.S. World Junior Summer Showcase from July 24-Aug. 1 in Plymouth, Mich.
The World Juniors is scheduled to run from December 26, 2020 through January 5, 2021.
