SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – University of Denver men's soccer sophomore Lukas Fisher has been named the Summit League Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Coming off the bench for the Pios, Fisher scored in the 35th and 36th minutes to lead the Pioneers past Eastern Illinois 2-0 on Saturday night at the University of Denver Soccer Stadium.
Fisher leads the team in points (8), goals (3) and assists (2).
Up Next:
Denver hosts St. Thomas on Saturday at 4 p.m. MT. The Pioneers will take on their new league member for the first time in the program's history.
