Denver Closes Non-Conference Schedule at Purdue Sunday at 12 p.m. MT

The Pioneers take longest winning-streak in Doshia Woods’ era to West Lafayette on Sunday

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.  – Following a quadruple overtime thriller in Indianapolis on Friday night, the University of Denver women's basketball program will take its three-game winning streak to Purdue on Sunday as the Pioneers and Boilermakers clash in Denver's non-conference finale at Mackey Arena. Tip is set for 12 p.m. MT.

Graduate student guard Indeya Sanders hit a triple at the buzzer in triple overtime and the University of Denver women's basketball team hit a few big time shots from beyond the arc in the fourth overtime to carry the Pioneers to a dramatic 100-94 win over Butler on Friday night at Historic Hinkle Fieldhouse. Denver had five players in double figures, and Sanders, Cheyenne Forney and Uju Ezeudu all finished with double-doubles.
 
Series History:
Purdue won the only previous meeting between the two programs, a 65-51 victory for the Boilermakers in Mackey Arena in 2014. Full Recap
