Wichita, Kansas - The Denver Pioneers men's tennis team swept UT Arlington 4-0 to earn its ninth win of the season in a neutral site matchup on Sunday. The win mark's Denver's ninth in its last 10 matches.
Doubles
With a 6-2 win from
Matt Summers/
James Davis at No. 1 and a 6-4 win from
Daniel Krulig and
Charlie Miller at No. 3, Denver took the first point of the match.
Singles
The Pioneers clinched the match with
Ignacio Rivero Crespo winning convincingly 6-1, 6-1 at No. 6,
Peter Sallay winning 6-3, 6-1 at No. 4 and
Nicolas Herrero Cuesta winning 6-2, 7-5 at No. 5.Â
