DENVER – The [43] University of Denver men's tennis program will begin a stretch of five-consecutive Summit League matches to close out the regular season when the Pioneers open league play at Oral Roberts on Friday at 12 p.m. MT in Tulsa.

Denver enters Summit League play at 9-3, having won nine of its last 10 matches.

Last Time Out:
Denver split its two matches in Wichita last weekend, falling to the 34^th-ranked Shockers 5-2, before sweeping UT Arlington the next morning 4-0.

Significant Stats:
-          James Davis enters this weekend's match 8-3 in singles, including 5-1 on the No. 2 Court.
-          Ignacio Rivero Crespo and Nicolas Herrero Cuesta have each won their last three singles matches, anchoring the back-half of Denver's lineup.
-          Matt Summers is 8-3 in singles, including 8-1 on court 3.
-          Peter Sallay is 8-2 in singles, with all of his matches being played on the No. 4 court.

UP NEXT:
The Pioneers will play three Summit League matches in three days next weekend, beginning with two home matches against Omaha (April 9) and Drake (April 10) before hitting the road to take on North Dakota (April 11).
