DENVER – The University of Denver men's soccer team conceded a 29th minute penalty and couldn't find a second-half equalizer in a 1-0 setback to [24/RV] Oral Roberts on Thursday evening at the Diane Wendt Sports Complex.
Turning Point:
Goalkeeper Will Palmquist came off his line to disrupt an Oral Roberts attack, but Palmquist just missed getting a piece of the ball and referee Art Arustamyan pointed to the spot. Dante Brigida converted the spot kick for his fifth goal of the season.
