Berg and Noble Combine for 11 Points Highlight #ProPios NLL Week 4

Seven former Pioneers were back in action in the 2022 NLL season

DENVER – The University of Denver men's lacrosse program had six former players in action in week three of the 2022 NLL season, including four runners that combined for 23 points on 10 goals and 13 assists in Week 3 of the 2022 National Lacrosse League season.

Wes Berg scored the first two goals of the game for the Seals, and then later grabbed an important insurance goal in the fourth to seal the Seals third win in four tries this season. Jeremy Noble had three of his six assists in that opening quarter as well, including providing the primary helper on Berg's second goal of the game.

Denver's #ProPios faceoff guys both had impressive performances on the weekend as well. Trevor Baptiste picked up 17 loose balls off a 20-of-27 day at the dot to lead the Wings to an overtime victory on Saturday. Brendan Bomberry and Ethan Walker combined for a goal and five assist on the losing end of the match-up with the Wings.

TD Ierlan went 18-of-22 in Toronto's game in Buffalo.

Mark Matthews had a goal and two assists, good for three points on Saskatchewan's five goals.
