DENVER – The University of Denver men's tennis team won all nine of its matches against New Mexico on Sunday to conclude the Denver Hidden Duals.
 
Across all three of its duals over the weekend, DU went 18-0 in singles and 5-4 in doubles.
 
Five of Denver's singles matches on Sunday were wrapped up in straight sets, and junior Nicolas Herrero Cuesta secured the sweep with a 10-7 win in the match tiebreak. Redshirt senior Anish Sriniketh and junior Charlie Miller each won a tiebreak in their two-set matches while sophomore Daniel Sancho Arbizu earned a bagel in the first of his two singles sets.
 
In doubles, the teams of Herrero Cuesta/Sancho Arbizu and Sriniketh/Mitch Johnson won their second matches of the weekend. Graduate student Conner Olsen also won for a second time over the weekend, teaming up with freshman Danilo Raicevic, who made his first appearance of the weekend.
 
DU wraps up its fall schedule with the Drake Invite in Des Moines, Iowa, on November 11-13, 2022.
