DES MOINES, Iowa – The University of Denver men's tennis team wrapped up its fall schedule with a team win over Omaha at the Drake Hidden Duals on Saturday.
DU swept the doubles and added three singles wins. Juniors
Nicolas Herrero Cuesta and
Peter Sallay both won their singles matches – Sallay coming back from a set down – after teaming up in doubles and winning.
Redshirt senior
Anish Sriniketh finished the weekend undefeated, adding another singles victory and a win in doubles with graduate student
Mitch Johnson. Fellow graduate student
Conner Olsen and freshman
Raffaelo Papajcik won their doubles match in a tiebreak.
The University of Denver men's tennis team will begin its 2023 season in January. The team's full schedule and details will be announced in the coming weeks.
