Denver Heads to Wyoming for Friday Night Tilt

The Pioneers will look to keep their momentum off the heels of their first win of the season with a trip to Wyoming on Friday

DENVER  – The University of Denver women's basketball program will hit the road for the first time in the 2022-23 season on Friday when the Pioneers head north to Wyoming. Tip is set for 6:30 p.m. MT.

Who: Denver (1-2, 0-0 Summit League) at Wyoming (0-2, 0-0 Mountain West)
What: Game 4 of the 2022-23 season
Where: Arena-Auditorium (Laramie, Wyo.)
When: Friday, November 18, 2022 – 6:30 p.m. MT
TV: Mountain West Network
 
SERIES HISTORY:
Wyoming has a 16-4 lead in the series and has won each of the previous nine meetings in Laramie. The Cowgirls have taken nine of the last 10 matchups. Denver's lone win in that span came on Nov. 14, 2019, a 71-57 victory in Hamilton.
 
LAST TIME OUT:
The University of Denver women's basketball team got a career-night from senior forward Makayla Minett to lead the Pioneers to a 73-70 win over LMU on Tuesday night inside Hamilton Gymnasium. Minett recorded her first career double-double in the contest with 18 points and 18 rebounds.
