DENVER – University of Denver junior
JJ Sillstrop has been named the BIG EAST Attack Player of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday.
Sillstrop had a team-high six points with three goals and three assists in Denver's one-goal loss at No. 8 North Carolina on Saturday afternoon. His six points tied a season high for the junior, a game that saw him record his fifth hat trick in six games this season and the eight of his career.
Jack Hannah, who had a hat trick as well on Saturday, was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll.
