DENVER – The University of Denver volleyball team earned six combined All-Summit League honors for the 2023 season, the Summit League announced on Saturday.
Denver's six All-Summit League Team honorees (including the All-Freshman Team) is the most in the League this season.

Davis had an impressive season for the Pios, leading the conference with 4.18 points per set. The Highlands Ranch native earned 308 kills this season and a .223 hitting percentage. She earned double-digit kills in all but six matches, including a career-best 29 in a 3-2 loss to Kansas City. The former Highlands Ranch standout appeared in all 88 sets for the Pios, one of only four players to do so. Davis ranked fourth on the team with 146 digs, averaging 1.66 digs per set during the 2023 campaign.
Bartalo captured her first All-Summit League honor after appearing in all 88 sets for Denver. She led the Pioneers with 327 digs, averaging 3.72 per set. The Colorado Springs native ranked eighth in the Summit League with 30 service aces and a 0.34 serve percentage.
Boyer appeared in all 88 sets this season to earn her first All-Summit League nod. The graduate student made 194 kills this season with a .304 hitting percentage. The Georgetown native ranked fourth in the Summit League with 101 blocks, including 20 solo blocks, averaging 1.15 blocks per set.
In her first season with the Pioneers, Mirabelli appeared in 87 sets for Denver. The senior ranked third in the Summit League and led the team with 101 blocks, averaging 1.16 blocks per set. The Traverse City native made 167 kills and was fourth in the conference with a .338 hitting percentage.
As the lone setter on the Denver roster, Decker appeared in all 88 sets in her freshman campaign. The Mesa native ranked third in the Summit League with 854 assists, averaging 9.70 assists per set. The Redshirt Freshman made 152 digs, second to only Bartalo, and averaged 1.73 digs per set.
Denver claimed a portion of the Summit-League regular season crown and its first since the 2020 (2021 spring season). In a four-way tie for first in the regular season with Kansas City, Omaha, and South Dakota, the Pioneers earned the No. 3 seed in the conference tournament. DU will face the No. 6 seed South Dakota State in the quarterfinal match on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 1 p.m. MT.
