DENVER – The University of Denver women's lacrosse program has signed ten athletes to a National Letter of Intent to join the Pioneers beginning in the 2024-25 season, coach Liza Kelly announced on Thursday.
"We are so excited to welcome this class to the Pioneer Family," Kelly said. "These student athletes will represent us on the field, in the classroom and throughout the community. We can't wait to watch them play in Peter Barton Stadium!"
 
Maggie Myers - Potomac, Maryland – Stone Ridge High School - Midfield

Named a 2023 Academic All-American … Invitee to the 2023 ISL field hockey All-Star game.

In 2023, Morneau led her team with 39 assists, 21 ground balls, 47 free positions and 115 draw control wins … A Mass-Live All Western Massachusetts First Team Selection, USA Lacrosse All American, and PVIAC All-League Selection … She was named East Longmeadow High Midfielder of the year her sophomore and junior seasons and a team co-captain in 2023.

Eva Thomsen-Marr - Portland, Oregon – Garrison Forest High School – Attack
BEFORE DENVER:
Named a first team all-league midfielder in both the 2021 and 2023 seasons … Team MVP her sophomore and junior years … A first team all-state midfielder selection in the spring of 2023 … In the 2023 season, Thomsen-Marr scored 101 goals, made 38 assists, caused 72 turnovers and won 116 draw controls.

Won the Erin Cacciaboudo Award for New Jersey as the Lacrosse Goalie of the Year in 2023 … Named a US All-American, First Team All-State, First Team All-South Jersey and SJILL Goalkeeper of the Year in 2023.
