Denver posted the ninth-highest score in program history (197.500) in a home-meet win over Pittsburgh (195.775), George Washington (195.175) and Air Force (192.475) on February 5.

Junior
Jessica Hutchinson scored a perfect 10.0 on floor, leading Denver to a season high-tying 49.400 on the event. The team also set a new season best on bars (49.450) and won a share of all five individual titles, led by junior
Rylie Mundell's career-high 39.625 in the all-around.

EYE ON THE RANKINGS:
DU maintained it No. 8 spot in the Road to Nationals rankings and is once again ranked in the top 10 on three events and in the top 20 on all four events.

Hutchinson is nationally-ranked in the all-around for the first time this season and continues to be ranked on beam and floor – jumping 12 spots to a tie for No. 11 on floor after her 10.0 on February 5.

Mundell entered the bars rankings for the first time in 2023 as well.

QUICK HITS:
- Freshman Ava Mabanta made her collegiate debut on February 5, being added to the lineup after the four-minute touch and competing immediately after her sister, junior Bella Mabanta.
- Hutchinson joins graduate student Lynnzee Brown and fellow juniors Mundell and Rosie Casali in scoring at least one 9.975+ in her career.
- Four of DU's six floor competitors set or tied a career high against Pittsburgh, George Washington and Air Force: Hutchinson (10.000), Mundell (9.900), Casali (9.875) and freshman Mila Brusch (9.850).
- Sunday is the final of a six-meet streak for DU against Power-5 opponents after facing Big Ten teams Penn State and Michigan; Pac-12 team Oregon State; Big 12 team Oklahoma; and ACC team Pittsburgh through the first five meets of the season.
- Sunday is Denver's third of three straight home meets and four consecutive meets in the state of Colorado.

SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS:
West Virginia is coming off a 195.200 at Pittsburgh on February 3 and a season-high 196.375 at home against Iowa State, Eastern Michigan and Towson on January 29. Kendra Combs is back for a fifth-year to help lead the Mountaineers, and senior Kianna Yancey leads the team with five individual titles this season.
