DENVER – Incoming University of Denver gymnast
Madison Ulrich placed third in the all-around at the prestigious Nastia Liukin Cup on Friday.
The five-star recruit, according to College Gym News, scored a 38.825 in the all-around to earn her second podium finish in three career appearances at the meet. In 2019, she was second in the all-around as a junior competitor.
In Friday's competition, Ulrich also finished second on bars with a 9.825 and third on beam with a 9.550. She added a sixth-place finish on vault (9.750) and a tie for No. 13 on floor (9.650). Across her three Nastia Liukin Cup appearances, she now has a combined seven top-three finishes.

Maddie Karr (2015 champion) in placing in the top three as a senior at the Nastia Liukin Cup prior to joining Denver. Current DU freshman
Kiley Rorich also won the all-around title as a junior in 2020, and current junior
Rosie Casali placed second as a junior in 2017.
Ulrich signed her National Letter of Intent in November 2022 to join the DU team beginning with the 2023-24 academic year.
