SIOUX FALLS, S.D.  –University of Denver women's golf team graduate student Alyson Been has been named the TicketSmarter Peak Golfer of the Week by the Summit League in a release on Friday. 

For Bean, this marks the second time in her career she has won the award during her five-year career and first time this spring.

Denver continued its hot play this spring, taking third at the Westbrook Invitational in Peoria, Ariz. on Tuesday.

Bean was dominant for the Crimson and Gold, finishing first at Westbrook Invitational with a three-round total of 9-under, highlighted by a career best of 65 in the final round of play.

The Pioneers are back in action for the Anuenue Spring Break Invitational on Mar. 27.
