PROVO, Utah – The University of Denver women's golf team used a strong second round to rise up the team leaderboard on Monday at the Riverside Classic. The Pioneers played two rounds on the day, posting a team score of 593 (17-over.)

Significant Stats:
- Sacramento State set the pace on day one of the tournament, taking the team lead at 5-under, the only team in the field to finish under par for the day.
-Ella Craft of the Hornets leads the individual leaderboard at 2-under.
Inside the Round for the Pioneers:

Alyson Bean and
Anna Zanusso used solid second-round performances to move up the leaderboard and finish tied for 15th at 3-over.

Clara Gestsdottir highlighted her day with a second-round score of 71 to wrap up the afternoon tied for 20th at 5-over.

Anna Krekling sits tied for 26th.

Emma Bryant is tied for 41st through 36 holes.

Katarina Drocarova, competing as an individual, is tied for 41st.
