DENVER - The University of Denver women's basketball team (0-3, 0-0 Summit League) returns home for a game against Christian Brothers University (0-4, 0-0 Gulf South) on Friday. Tip is set for 1 p.m. MT in Hamilton Gymnasium.

Friday marks a program-first matchup between the Pioneers and the Bucs.
PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
•The Pioneers fell to High Point University, 55-63, on Sunday, November 17th in High Point, North Carolina.
•Denver women's basketball will return home for the first of a three-game homestand with a matchup against Christian Brothers University on Friday afternoon.
•The Pios will face off against UC San Diego on Sunday, November 24th and UC Irvine on Saturday, November 30.

Doshia Woods, the Pioneers have played the analytics game, finishing top-30 nationally in both three-pointers attempted and triples made per game.
• In 2023-24, Denver finished 10th in threes attempted (821/27.4), 29th in threes made per game (8.2) and 207th in three-point field goal percentage (30.1).
• The Pioneers made double-digit triples on nine different occasions during the 2023-24 campaign, including a season-high 16 vs. Stetson (12/9) and Oral Roberts (2/3).

JONES NAMED TO PRESEASON FIRST TEAM
• Junior guardÂ
Jordan Jones was named to the Preseason All-Summit League First Team ahead of media day on October 8.
• Jones started all 30 games last season averaging 14.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per game last season.
• The Wyoming native is the first preseason first-team all-league selection under Woods.
