•The Pioneers defeated UC San Diego, 67-59, in an overtime thriller on Sunday afternoon in Hamilton Gymnasium
•Denver women's basketball will play face off against the UC Irvine Anteaters on Saturday at 1 p.m. MT in Hamilton Gymnasium.
•DU will head back out on the road against Idaho State on December 4 for the first of two games of the Big Sky/Summit League Challenge

Doshia Woods, the Pioneers have played the analytics game, finishing top-30 nationally in both three-pointers attempted and triples made per game.
• In 2023-24, Denver finished 10th in threes attempted (821/27.4), 29th in threes made per game (8.2) and 207th in three-point field goal percentage (30.1).
• The Pioneers made double-digit triples on nine different occasions during the 2023-24 campaign, including a season-high 16 vs. Stetson (12/9) and Oral Roberts (2/3).

JONES NAMED TO PRESEASON FIRST TEAM
• Junior guard
Jordan Jones was named to the Preseason All-Summit League First Team ahead of media day on October 8.
• Jones started all 30 games last season averaging 14.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per game last season.
• The Wyoming native is the first preseason first-team all-league selection under Woods.
