DENVER – The University of Denver men's tennis team (6-0, 0-0 Summit) will host its final two duals at home in the month of February when it welcomes Boise State and LMU to Denver Tennis Park on February 16-18.
DU first takes on BSU on Friday, February 16, at 5 p.m. MT before playing against LMU on Sunday, February 18, at 10:30 a.m. MT.
Last Time Out:
Denver split last week between home and the road, first collecting a 6-1 win over Idaho State at Denver Tennis Park on February 8. The Pioneers moved to 6-0 on the season with a big team win, 4-3, at Utah State on February 11. With the wins, Denver has matched the second-best start to a dual season in the program's Division I history and the best since 2020.

Nicolas Herrero Cuesta was named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week after remaining undefeated in both singles and doubles including two wins at No. 1 singles in three sets.
Series History:
Boise State: This will be the 10
th meeting between Denver and Boise State with the Broncos holding a 6-3 record, though DU captured the most recent with, a 4-0 sweep in a neutral-site match in Los Angeles on March 4, 2023. DU also won the last time Boise State made the trip to Denver, going 4-1 on April 12, 2018.
LMU: DU and LMU enter this weekend knotted up at 3-3 in their previous meetings. The Lions took the last dual, 5-2, at home, but Denver captured wins in the two matches before that. LMU has only traveled to Denver once and not since March 18, 2001 (a 4-2 win for DU).
