DU Men's Basketball Earns Program-Best GPA for Spring 2024

Denver posts a 3.669 GPA, the highest term GPA on record

DENVER - The University of Denver men's basketball team earned a 3.669 team GPA in the Spring of 2024, the highest term GPA in program history, the University of Denver announced on Monday. 

The Pioneers' previous program-best term GPA was a 3.579 earned in the spring of 2023.

Among Denver's other academic success for the year, forwards  Pedro Lopez-Sanvicente and Touko Tainamo were both named to the 2023-24 Summit League All-Academic team.

DU is coming off its program-first to the Summit League Tournament title game appearance in March and narrowly missed a berth to the NCAA tournament.
