DENVER - The University of Denver volleyball team will travel to Fort Worth, Texas for the Horned Frog Invitational featuring matches against No. 23 TCU and UT Arlington.

Friday vs [23] TCU - 5:30 p.m. MT
Saturday vs. UT Arlington - 12 p.m. MT

SERIES HISTORY VS. TCU
The Pioneers own a 1-3 record against the Horned Frogs. The programs last met on Sept. 8, 2007 in Fort Worth, TCU won the match 3-2.

SERIES HISTORY VS. UT ARLINGTON
Denver owns a 7-4 record against the Mavericks. Denver fell three sets to none when the programs last met in Hamilton Gymnasium on Sept. 2, 2021.

THE PENDERGAST ERA
In her first season at the helm, Pendergast led the Pioneers to a 12-4 record in conference play, earning a share of the Summit League regular season title, the first since 2020. DU was a perfect 9-0 in Hamilton Gymnasium, Denver's first perfect record at home since the 2015 season (18-0). Five Pios earned All-Summit League honors including first team selection Cassie Davis

PRESEASON POLL AND WATCH LIST
Denver was picked second in the Summit League Preseason Poll, earning 51 points. Fifth year middle blocker Molly Mirabelli and outside hitter Cassie Davis were tabbed as "Players to Watch" by the conference.
