DAVIS, Calif. - The University of Denver Men's Golf team is tied for sixth at 3-over after the first round of the El Macero Classic in Davis, California.

UC San Diego leads the team race at 7-under followed by the University of San Diego at 6-under and the University of the Pacific and Saint Mary's rounding out the top three at 5-under.
