DENVER – University of Denver men's soccer rising sophomore Keegan Kelly has been named to the New Zealand U-20 roster for a pair of matches set to take place this week at 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup hosts Chile.
The first match of the trip is scheduled for Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. MT at Complejo Deportivo Quilín, and the final leg will take place on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. MT at Estadio Bicentenario de La Florida.
Kelly is one of 21 players that were selected to the squad (FULL LIST).
The 24th FIFA U-20 World Cup is scheduled to run from September 27 to October 19 in Rancagua, Santiago, Talca and Valparaiso, Chile.
New Zealand has been drawn in Group A with host Chile, Egypt and Japan. The top two teams from each of the six groups and the four best third-placed teams will advance to the knockout stage.
