DENVER – The University of Denver women's lacrosse team and STX, LLC ("STX") have entered a new partnership this fall that begins with a multi-year agreement for STX to become the official equipment sponsor for the Pioneers.
"STX has been the standard for women's lacrosse for the last 50 years," head coach Liza Kelly said. "We are so excited to partner with a company that prioritizes the athlete experience and treats their athletes like stars."
"We take enormous pride in partnering with high-performing players and teams" said Marketing Director Justin McDonald on behalf of STX. "Coach Kelly and her staff have built a remarkably strong program at Denver, and the Pioneers play a powerful role in growing the sport of lacrosse out West. We're excited to see what the team can achieve using STX equipment when they step onto the field this spring."
