Denver Men’s Tennis Adds Eight Wins in Hidden Dual with Montana at Colorado Cup

The Pioneers went 8-4 on the middle day of competition at the Denver Tennis Park

DENVER – The University of Denver men's tennis team turned in another impressive day at its home tournament on Saturday morning, going 8-4 on the middle day of the 2026 Colorado Cup at the Denver Tennis Park. Saturday's action for the Pioneers featured a hidden dual with Montana.
Dylan Davies and Rafe Samuel both swept their doubles and singles matches to lead the Pioneers.

No. 1 Doubles: Coats/Davies def. McCall/Upton, 6-3
No. 2 Doubles: Townes/Wilkinson def. Glarner/Beduhn, 6-3
No. 3 Doubles: Meyer/Kumar def. Tarrio Ponte/Tsarenko, 7-6 (2)
No. 4 Doubles: Rovai/Samuel def. Mitchell/Hutchinson (Gonzaga), 6-3
