DENVER – The University of Denver men's tennis team (8-4, 0-0 Summit) is ranked No. 73 in the in the ITA Computerized Rankings that were released on Tuesday.
Denver is coming off two road wins in consecutive days: a 4-1 win at New Mexico followed by a 4-3 win at Northern Arizona on March 6-7.
In total, DU has faced off against four teams that join it in the current national rankings. Of its four losses, all have come to nationally-ranked opponents: No. 44 Northwestern, No. 57 BYU, No. 61 Boise State and No. 62 Wichita State.
This is Denver's second straight week in the national rankings after entering the rankings at No. 71 a week ago.
The University of Denver men's tennis team continues a six-match road trip when it travels to No. 40 Penn on Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m. ET/11 a.m. MT.
