MESA, Arizona – The University of Denver women's golf program opened its final Summit League Championship on Sunday, and sit in the middle of a tightly packed top of the leaderboard through the opening 18 holes at Longbow Golf Course.
The Pioneers are in third after the first round (+18), four shots behind South Dakota State with 36 holes to come. South Dakota is in second at 16-over.
Individually,
Anna Neumayer led the way for the Pioneers with a two-over 73 on Sunday afternoon. Neumayer is one shot off the lead heading into Monday's action.
