DENVER – In addition to the NLL Semifinal action last weekend, the #ProPios also opened the 2026 Premier Lacrosse League season in Salt Lake City on Friday and Saturday.
 
Former Pioneer faceoff specialist TD Ierlan went 10-for-17 in his season debut, picking up eight ground balls in the Redwoods 9-5 win over the Archers.
 
Bill Tierney and the Waterdogs picked up a 16-14 win in their opener on Saturday. Jack Hannah had two goals and two assists for a four-point day, while AJ Mercurio forced a turnovers in the two-goal win.
