McGowan Ranked 13th in Top Drawer Soccer Preseason Top-100 Players

DENVER – University of Denver men's soccer fifth year winger Kyle McGowan has been ranked 13^th in the 2026 Top Drawer Soccer Preseason Top-100 players, the publication released on Tuesday.

McGowan, who was drafted 68^th by the New England Revolution in last winter's MLS Super Draft, enters 2026 coming off a Summit League Offensive Player of the Year campaign that saw the attacking player score 11 times to go with three assists for a career-high 25 points.

McGowan and the Pioneers open the 2026 campaign on Thursday night when Denver welcomes Cal Poly to the University of Denver Soccer Stadium. Opening kickoff is set for 7 p.m. MT on ESPN+. Youth who come in their favorite soccer jersey can get free tickets to Thursday's season opener with the purchase of an adult ticket.
