Pioneers Sit 11th After Second Round at Red Sky Classic

WOLCOTT, Colo. – The University of Denver women's golf team sits in 11th place at 5-over after the second round of the Golfweek Red Sky Classic on Tuesday at Red Sky Golf Club.
Southern California leads the 20-team field at 33-under, followed by Miami at 18-under and Texas A&M at 17-under. Denver carded a 26-over 298 in the second round to move to 5-over for the tournament.Â
Logan Hale leads the Pioneers at 1-under and is tied for 26th individually after shooting a 2-over 74 in the second round. Kesha Louw is even-par and tied for 38th, while Raegan Capizzi and Victoria Richani are tied for 56th at 3-over. Kaitlin Zingler is tied for 97th at 11-over.Â

Competing as an individual, Maren Farbu moved into a tie for 56th at 3-over after carding a 3-under 69 in the second round.Â
The Pioneers will conclude the Golfweek Red Sky Classic with the final round Wednesday.
