- Maintained a 4.0 GPA through his junior campaign
- Placed third at the Utah Invitational in the Slalom event
2016:
- One of 12 DU skiers to compete at the 2016 NCAA Championships in Steamboat Springs
- Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Championships; won the men's slalom and finished third overall in the men's giant slalom
- Helped Denver win their 23rd National Championship
- Named the 2016 Men's Alpine Skier of the Year
- Won the men's slalom and finished second overall in the men's giant slalom at the Utah Invitational
- Won both the men's slalom and giant slalom at Montana State Invitational
- Sixth and ninth place finishes in the two men's slalom races at the New Mexico Invitational
- Finished seventh overall in the giant slalom and 16th overall in the slalom at the RMISA Championships
2015:
- Earned a 1st place result in the giant slalom at the Colorado Invitational.
- Took 3rd place in the second slalom at the New Mexico Invitational.
- Finished 2nd in the RMISA Qualifier.
- Received a silver medal at the World Alpine Ski Championships in Vail, Colorado, representing Canada in the team event.
Before Denver:
- 2013 and 2014 Canadian Slalom Champion.
- 2012 North American Cup Overall Champion
- Has skied for the Canadian alpine ski team, Alberta ski team and Banff Alpine Racers. Gold medal honors in high school (90%+ average)
Personal:
- Son of Ken and Lynda Reed.
- Has two younger brothers; Kevyn and Jeffrey.
- Enjoys hiking, biking, squash, waterskiing and anything outdoors.
- Goals are to become and Olympic medalist and World Cup winner.
- Chose Denver for the sports and location to the mountains.
- Also recruited by Utah.
- Is a business major.
