Lynsie Gram, MS, RD, METS I
Lynsie is a Sports Dietitian for eNRG Performance and previously served as a
seasonal sports dietitian for the University of Virginia.Â
Lynsie earned her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Master's degree in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University (MSU). As a student-athlete on the cross-country and track team at MSU, Lynsie competed at an elite level, earning All-American honors in cross-country and securing a full-ride scholarship. Her experiences as a collegiate runner, including overcoming challenges with low iron levels and injuries, instilled in her the importance of performance nutrition.
Her journey in sports nutrition began in high school, where she witnessed the negative effects of under-fueling, including low energy, performance declines, slower recovery and increased injury risk. This experience sparked her interest in learning more about the connection between proper nutrition and athletic performance during college. Lynsie is passionate about supporting athletes facing eating disorders, disordered eating, or body image challenges, guiding them in rebuilding a healthy relationship with food so they can fuel confidently and perform at their best.
She will be providing sports nutrition services to the following DU teams:Â swimming/diving, triathlon, nordic skiing, womens soccer, golf, tennis and volleyball.
