Before Denver: Previously competed for Raufoss Langrenn, NTG Lillehammer Langrenn and Team Olympiaparken Lillehammer … Finished in the top six in her class (born 2004) in the overall standings in the 2024 Norwegian Cup … Placed in the top 10 among U23 athletes at the 2025 Norwegian Cup in classic sprints … Earned two top-30 results in the 2025 Norwegian Cup in classic sprints (25th) and 10K classic pursuit (30th) … Placed 40th in the 20K freestyle mass start at the 2024 Scandinavian Cup in Gaalaa, Norway … Was 45th in the 30K classic at the 2025 Norway National Championships.
 
Personal: Full name is Synne Børresen Bollingmo … Graduated high school from Norges Toppidrettsgymnas Lillehammer in 2023 … Intends to major in business and analytics … Mother, Trude, skied for DU in 1995, the first year of the women’s Nordic team at the school … Would like to continue to compete in cross country skiing at a high level, including reaching the World Championships and Olympics … Has also competed in track and field and freestyle disco.
